Yellow arrows: Public footpaths - use on foot only
Blue arrows: Bridleways - use on foot, horseback or pedal cycle
Red arrows: Public Byway - open to all traffic
Black arrows: Road Used as a Public Path (RUPP) - use on foot, and in some cases by other users (gradually being reclassified in one of the other categories)
